Im pretty sure she will die there, by Seddon Gateway. I wonder why they put it on the GalNet, maybe there will be a "presidential convoy" nav point?

Yeah that's working out well for you. The heir proving to be a less junkie and already disinherited by the emperor means the race is on and leaves the empire potentially on the verge of a civil war to settle the succession. Meanwhile if President Halsey dies, the Vice President will take over in her place. In time we might get an election which might not be pleasant but won't lead to violence.

Gryph Jones is right to hope that nothing untoward happens to the President on her visit. I hear that Admiral Vincent has been stocking up with toys to use on agricultural worlds as he may have planned to revisit Panem. Such things could easily be redeployed to 78 Ursae Majoris

There currently is no vice president; the former one died under mysterious circumstances and she hasn't announced a replacement.
