Imperial Majestic class Interdictors in Airspace

According to this news, several Imperial Majestic class Interdictors have been spotted entering Quivira’s airspace.

I didn't even know that they were capable of reentry into an atmospheric environment. :D

I did see this during the CG Galnet post and thought It would be better off being "Quivira territorial space" or "Quivira controlled space". Each to their own I suppose.

I think it's a logical evolution of language. Back when humanity was planetbound, the term made sense. When we made the leap into space, the term stuck. There's many examples of things that evolved into something else in language today, so I don't see why this is any different.

It'll be fun when Corvettes are available, and you have Anacondas and Corvettes trying to take down Majestic (or Farragut) class capital ships. Wanna be a fly on that... errr... space.

Won? Pah, they merely managed to escort a few refugees offworld. They won at running away. They can have a free medal for that.

I know I read about The Code taking one down, but I have no idea of the firepower involved or how they did it. If they came and stomped a bunch of imperial capitol ships in Quivira that might be awesome though. Although oddly enough I didn't see any there when I flew through. Huh.

Indeed, for example
"Fire!" even though our modern weapons have little to do with fire itself. Even when we shoot machine guns we say "Fire!, Cease Fire!"

I've forced several Imperial Interdictors to flee, single-handedly. It's not particularly difficult unless their fighter cover is extreme.

Federal Battlecruisers are a whole different story. They have more, and better defended, heat relays, as well as many times the effective firepower. Only forced a few of these top hyperspace, and needed a wing in each case.

Since I was close and not seen a Capital ship in the 'flesh' I headed over to take a look. Couldn't see one in any of the conflict zones. :(
