Newcomer / Intro How do I find an Alliance Station in Empire Controlled Space?

I am currently in Empire controlled space with a few Fed systems, but cannot find any way of getting payment for bounties obtained (quite a few now).

How do I find a system that has Alliance as a party to get the bounties ?

Kill warrant scanning ??? what a joy ...end up with bounties scattered far and wide...... anywhere near LAVE ??....good Alliance system... go to your Galaxy map click view ,, then you can filter the system Alliegences in view by unclicking/clicking the boxes... Alliance systems are sometimes along way off....

yep :D
yeah tried that, no joy,,and no where near lave...was trying to find a systems that had alliance even as a sub...the allegiance only seems to show the major party

Lave is about as far down the "bubble" as you'll find Alliance systems. The lion's share are along the top of the bubble. Which is of course, on the other side of known space from the Empire. I know because I hate slogging all the way down there to turn in my Empire warrants. Some independents will let you turn in multiple types if it's a border world between factions (I've been to a station that accepted both Fed and Alliance warrants - I assume there are Fed/Empire and even Empire/Alliance out there somewhere)

I wish there was a way to find the nearest "station" of a certain gov, rather than a "system".

I have come across systems that were marked as standard Empire, Fed, or Alliance, BUT actually had one station of a different gov inside.

For instance, I was in fed space where all close proximity systems were marked fed in GM. I was plotting a really long path to get to an Alliance system to cash in some bounties. It would take me a dozen jumps to get there.

BUT then, for some reason I went to look at the fed system a couple jumps away and I realized that this Fed System actually had one station that was Alliance controlled!?! So obviously I took one jump and cashed in my bounties there.

So... Now I realize that you do not actually have to go to a overtly marked system IF you can find a lone disjointed station like this.

However... Even though GM allows you to navigate systems by government, this does not show you any individual stations of an opposing gov within a different primary gov controlled system.

I wish there was a feature to find the "nearest station" of a particular gov. rather than a system that is a primary gov. Just like in my scenario. Going by the standard GM, the closest shown Alliance System was over a dozen jumps, BUT unknowingly the Fed system next door had an Alliance station.

thanks for the info, i needed to review that section...i gained more info....rep to you both...I was hoping to find an empire/alliance system some where around here, I am sure I saw one..but forgot which one....

thanks again... if you do find a system down near coquim, please let me know....otherwise I will have to wait until i have more to claim...and then 'slog' back to Lave...area

thanks guys

You don't even need to find a station which is controlled by the faction. The faction just needs to have a party in that system/on the station. You can see it in the system view (no planet/station selected --> pointer in open space). Factions of the system are listed to the left.
Unfortunately you cant search/highlight systems with a specific faction. Would be a good feature sometimes.

Thanks

Been looking for a trip to "Alliance" space

As suggested it appears that a blob of Alliance systems are around Lave

My recommendation would be to get yourself a hauler, kit it out for as high of a jump range as possible, and use it as a shuttle for travel to your closest alliance system. I have found this infinitely easier(and quicker) than jumping to and from nearby systems looking for a minor faction aligned with the Alliance(which it seems there are very few outside of Alliance space).
