Major faction ship decals.

Does anyone else think 1.3 would be a perfect time for FDev to bring out faction specific ship decals? Wouldn't it make sense, since power play is all about the struggle for control between factions?


Personally, I would love to slap on a decal declaring my allegiance to the Emperor. Not to mention helping those poor, misguided Federation sheep find absolution in the blackness of the void.

We should absolutely get these when hooking up to a major faction power! The fence-sitting neutrals should already have a permanent mark, in their ah... Gluteus Maximus! :D

Was actually thinking about this earlier this morning... makes perfect sense for those to show up in 1.3

Yeeeees. I'm surprised they aren't already an option. (And they could be unlocked by becoming allied with the respective faction)

Sooo this. Decals for the big factions, and a middle-finger decal (so to speak) for indies to run with. IDK about the upcoming Powers, since technically they can lose their Power status. Their logos may not be as permanent.

I'd like major faction themed paint jobs along with major power based decals. The first being on sale from the Frontier store, the second being earned through accumulating rank with a major powers.

As well as decals for the three main factions, I'd like to see ones for the different groups in the Powerplay.

I'd proudly wear the badge for Senator Kahina *happy sigh*
