Raising Rep with Exploration Data

Good morning!

I'm coming back from a nice 50Kish exploration trip, my first long journey, and I want to know about raising rep with factions to gain access to sytems or goodies. For example, Alioth and that 20% ASP discount.

My current standing

Empire: Viscount - Access to Summerland, Achenar
Federation: Petty Chief Officer - Access to Sol, and a few others.
Alliance: None -

Any specific place that I have to go to, to raise my rep to get Alioth access?

Any other places that you guys know of that I should go dump my exploration data to get access to anything important? (Like go to these guys to get access to this cool thing).

Any help will be appreciated.

I find this a strange post; viz;

You have gained considerable rank and at least 4 permits but do not seem to have read this thread https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=122593

The largest ship I have ever had (still have) was and Asp and I have no rank (other than Cadet in Fed) or permits and yet you seem to aspire to an Asp - have you achieved all this with no ship larger than an Asp? (commendable)

I'm actually in an ASP right now, and my main hull is a Python. Im gonna sell the ASP when I come back and get it again at 20% discount. I just haven't done much exploring, I'm strictly bounty hounting. I had read somewhere that when you turn in exploration data you spread it out among different factions to get benefits. Just wanted to ask to make sure I didn't miss anything.
