unfortunate no they are a fairly regular occurrence if your in the right region of space to find them, there are millions of black hole and neutron stars in several systems and sectors out there with lots of maps like those
You will always see this if the primary stellar body is a Black Hole. This is because the lighting effects applied to the other objects in the system is based on the the light output of the primary star. This is also noticeable in systems that have Brown Dwarf primaries where all the planets will have dull pink color. Since a Black Hole doesn't put out any light the objects are all dark.
