Access to backers login and items paid for

Hi,
has anyone else had problems logging into the Backers site (the page where pledge details are listed) ?
I can log into the new Elite store, but I can no longer get access to the pledge list to see what was included. (although I did keep a copy in any case).

More concerning is that my pledged amount of £80 included free future expansions as well as access to the second round of beta, and yet in the store, my account only shows that I have purchased the beta, but I am now being offered an expansion pass for £35.

I specifically paid that pledge level in order to get the expansions, I hope I have not somehow lost it.

Can anyone clarify please, am I reading this wrong? (I hope so).

You haven't lost anything, the store only lists specific products, not the kickstarter rewards that are still tracked through the backers app.

Hi kmw
You should be able to login to the Backers site. You just have to enter the first 3 letters of the verification code. It will show your original pledge.

This is the way I see the backer system.

When the Kickstarter was running and until it closed this month the original backers app covered your pledge level and listed the associated rewards you had earned for backing during the Kickstarter campaign.

With the new store you are now only seeing your original pledge level, all the rewards are still stored in the original backers app with Frontier keeping records on your rewards and pledges.

As the rewards are no longer available to backers they can only back the game at alpha level i.e £200.

As mentioned before the Kickstater rewards are still there in the original app and FD know what you are entitled to.

I've managed to log in now, must have been a temporary glitch somewhere.
But mainly thanks for reassuring me I haven't lost the kickstarter pledge items.

Sorry for the moment of panic, it won't happen in Space lol.

Password reset only gives you access to the new store login.
I pledged £100 and I have no records apart from paypal payments, plus in the new account it only shows £50.

As far as I can tell its for the Beta Pre-order but I wish it made more sense.

In the new store, in the personal account of backer, there is a line of the command that corresponds to the product available in the new store. In Kickstarter, a person who has committed £ 500 in a space station named, see on his line of the command, £ 200 which correspond to the alpha product available in the new store. This is clear. But I find that an additional column on the line of the command, could specify the total financial commitment of backer. This would remove the impression of minimalization of commitment. Even if the old store is still available, of course.
It is true that there is a sensation of depreciation of the commitment

Working fine for me, are you entering the captcha properly? (enter the first three letters only)
