I'm bored at work and watching old re-runs of Star Trek the Next Generation to pass the time.. it humors me... lol


Specifically Season 3 Episode 6 Booby Trap



I so wish we could discover an ancient derelict ship out in space with it's creaking and moaning. Maybe having a slow rotational roll drifting aimlessly. Then having the ability to board it and explore all the while completely creeped out. Searching for clues as to it's demise, or discovering something of great value. Or in the case of the Star Trek episode..It's a trap and you have to figure out the mystery before it destroys your ship...*gasp*


Maybe someday in the near future we will have this in the Elite Milky Way...

Derelicts and salvage were all there in the DDF. I guess it's one of the things they've not got to yet :D
