I expect between 500k - 1 million for the diamondback. Two medium and two small hardpoints with little to no spread is better than the cobra's relatively high spread. Since it's a combat explorer, it probably has 30 or more jump range (hopefully 40). They might pull a 1.2 and release at 3-4x the price though. I would be surprised if it's more than 5 million. I suppose the compartment classes will influence the base price as well, if they're low class (cheap to A-spec) then the ship could be expensive.

Aww top 40% with 5544 tons, was still top 15% when i logged out D: If i knew the rewards would jump up like that i would had delivered about 6000 tons to be save. Well at least 8m is way more than what i expected to get from the mission, so I am still happy.

So finished last night sitting pretty at 13850t and top 5% with over 2 m to go in this CG. Get home after work this evening and to my surprise i find this one nearly done and now im at 15%. So no worries, i can make this up with one or two local trades at 448t in my anaconda. And back with the second load about 2 minutes after it ends and only 8m instead of 12 m! Oh well methinks, off to persephone for some medicine runs...

I reached my personal goal of 20k tonnes, this morning.

My skin is soft with all the purest water.

I enjoyed the CG because of the folks in it. The racing from the star to Hamilton was a blast (no ship is ever faster seemingly in SC).
It was fun to watch the faster Pythons and Clippers trying to get in front of my 'conda before I went through the slot.

And shout out to CMDR Celius (I think that's the spelling) who flies a 'conda faster than anyone else I've seen. Holy snot, are you boosting in/out of the station? Never seen anyone getting to SC so quickly from the station in a 'conda. Great flying! o7

The pic here is on a small pad, and it looks to me like this will be quite a small ship. I think this might end up being a disappointment to some, as it looks like a ship that might be useful in the early game. You can probably buy one of these easily if you already have a T9/Ana/Python etc. I'm interested to see how it stacks up against the Asp as an explorer myself.

The traders have all gone now. No-one wants their water purifiers any more.

A solitary Python heads out into unknown territory looking for the magical trade route, scouring Thrudds in hope of a route no-one has used.
A small hauler is unable to find its way out of the station, struggling vainly against the walls of the station. The end is near for this one.

I leave, knowing many weeks of loneliness lie ahead of me.
The camaraderie of Wolf 406 is swiftly dissipating.
