Highest Number of Stars Discovered in One System?

Hi,

Hopefully some of you more travelled and experienced Explorers could help me out?

As per the title, what's the highest number of stars that have been found in one system, and I'm referring to Stars not Planets.

Many Thanks & Regards

Lots? Just quit so can't check, but there were places in NGC 7822 where I had an ostensibly 3 or 4 star system from the galaxy map, jumped in and discovered that most of those actually had several stars (and we're talking G/K/F, not Dwarves that barely count as stars) orbiting them.

4 CYGNI with 25 Stellar Bodies is the current entry in the Book of Records.

4 Cygni is a legend to behold, an A, a B, a Herbig Ae/Be and a butt ton of T Tauris. I passed through it on the way back from Sadr, totally worth it.

6 is my highest, so far. Spread out so long I had to take two screenshots...

There are much higher than that Katejina.

I've seen systems with close to 20 stars. Not sure what the record is, but its probably listed in the Universal Cartographics Record book.
