Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help, I pledged £100 when the kick starter was on so I could join the beta.

I'm interested in the Alpha now, is that an extra £200!!

Sorry if its a silly question but when I log into the store it has a "move" option??

Hi,

Options to 'upgrade' your pledge ended on 6th December (with a fair amount of warning).

The only way to access the Alpha currently is to pay £200.

Been very busy with work so must have missed it.

I'll have to go back to playing Elite on my BBC model B :)

It's not a silly question.
Yes, to access the alpha now, you'll have to part with another £200.
So if you've already backed £100 and now want alpha, it'll cost you in total £300.

My honest opinion is to wait and watch those who are streaming. You are honestly not missing much.

And that proves the point that this game is going to be so much more than just the combat. Mind you, that would still have been true if Alpha Phase 1 was simply docking.

I'd advise you to wait for the beta, it'll be with us soon...

You can play BBC games on your PC (it makes life so much easier sometimes) if you Google BBC Micro Emulators (there's a couple out there that are worth looking at such as Horizon and BeebEm)....
