So called “Griefer” CMDR Sxxxxxxxxx and combat logging!

So last night I was in open play near Zelada, and was interdicted by a Wanted commander in a Clipper, (+/- 130,000cr bounty on his head) with a combat rating of expert…

No Warnings / Demands etc… he opens up, I am in a python, So I hit FA off and spin around, he is at 400 meters, I open up with all 5 hard points (3C/G beam, 3C/G Cannon, 3B/f Plasma, 2x 2F/G MC’s )
His shields drop before he can hit the SCB and his hull is now at 60% and poof he’s gone, just disappeared…. I see the same commander about 10 min later and sent him a message asking if he wanted to try again?

No response , tried again still no response. (wish I would have recorded it but forgot to start fraps!)

So if you have the ....'s. To try and kill someone for no reason and no demands…. Then have the .....’s to stay in the fight.

You must repport him ! I m repporting all CL, anytimes, even FD will never make anything :(

Combat logging is the worst. Concerning his murderous intentions though, having a high combat rank and a massive bounty is a big enough warning sign!

There is always Shadow Play if you have an NVIDIA 6xx or later...

It is this kind of anticipated behaviour that puts me off Open game, at least some like myself may prefer to use a VOIP solution such as TS3 for inter-player comms since typing can be problematic with a HOTAS solution such as the X52 in the way. So please don't assume that all non-responders are going to behave like the player in question.

FTR I do try to respond to people in game via the comms panel when it is convenient to do so.

If you interdict someone with the sole intention of killing them... at least have the moxy to take it like a man when they hand your own ass to you. Sheesh. What kind of murderer was that guy? Report him. Get him banned. Then he'll only have AI to terrorize after that.

Murdering isn't bannable. Combat logging... is.
