From when I had it before, it was some kind of server issue that cleared up for me. Given how I can't jump out of a system just now, I suspect it'll be a case of wait and try again later.
I am out in the deep black and have spent the past couple of hours scanning stars and stuff without any problem. So I suspect its a server/network issue that has caused you your problems.
