This was supposed to only affect major factions. This huge, and urgent, FD. Every day it takes for this to be fixed, means lots of time and effort that went into these reputation, will be lost.

Description: Reputation decay for minor factions. I did only the following things on the live servers since update 1.3 came up: Buy a Hauler, buy a Diamondback Explorer, buy an Imperial Courier, buy equipment for outfitting. No missions performed or failed, not a single combat incident either:
