Alright, I see that now. But, there is no opposition there, and there are nicer systems around with more income? Are preparation points kept for the next round if the system is not selected?

People are just going to the systems providing the easiest merits, not what is best for the Power. Maybe merit allocation should be halved once a certain level is reached.
Some bugs, but they have already been listed. I'm guessing it will be patched on Monday or tomorrow. I am really loving the Imperial Courier! Well worth the hype!
Well... There is one question remaining: How are those who didn't buy the game (yet) supposed to access the demo...? Because... you can't actually get your hands on the launcher without buying the game.

And surely you're not also suggesting people will simply join the powers, get the module, and leave?
- Especially when there's benefits for staying a long term/loyal member! I suspect people are already rushing around desperately trying to collect as many of the modules as they can already!

Are you using additional fuel tanks? I found that the costs of refilling additional tanks is disproportionately high, I submitted a bug report on it yesterday.

Since 1.3 I'm finding I keep losing the path I'm following. For example, I select a system 900LYs away. I go to the next system, scan a few bodies. Then click the hot-key for the next system. I travel there, scan a few bodies. But, when I click the hot-key for the next system nothing comes up. I look in the galaxy map and see that the path to the system 900LYs away no longer exists. This has happened a few times.
In addition, I am crashing more often. I come out of a light jump into super cruise and the game just crashes to the main menu.

In theory they can download the launcher from here: http://hosting.zaonce.net/elite/Client-Installer.exe without needing an account (FYI link is also found in this thread: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=76595). I say in theory because as we discovered last night that link currently points to an out-of-date version of the launcher (hopefully that will be fixed on Monday).
Well my gaming day (1st day trying powerplay patched game) has abruptly ended with me being unable to start the game.
I've logged a ticket for it, and just getting the unable to retrieve commander data from the server... ' seems nothing will get me back in, and has put a proper dampener on the weekend as today was the only day i can login and play. I think i'm going to make a personal rule never to play ED within the first week a new update goes live as the above error is a game breaker for sure!.

The amount of players complaining about higly ranked (ie more dangerous) bounty hunters not killing lowly ranked newbies is too damn high.
Also pretty ignorant, because the same mechanics regarding pirate AI have been there since launch and I don't recall you guys complaining about how un-elite and untrue that is.

Oh, I'm aware of that link, but thanks for posting it again, though. I don't know if I'd have found it again - and it may be a little much to expect people who're not with us, yet, to find it, either. If one's especially hartkore one might regard that as a litmus test, of course; a barrier for entry to keep the simple-minded out...
