Patch Notes Update Server update - 30 mins downtime expected

Hi everyone,

The servers will be down for approximately 30 minutes from 3PM BST. The following fixes are included:

- Better error handling for missing server resource to prevent crash
- Improved handling of cases where servers don’t provide full commander data
- Balance pass on commodity bonuses from Powers to prevent excessive stacking (TBC)
- Various Powerplay text and data fixes

- Fix the display value of discounted insurance costs
- Fix unreasonable changes in Federal and Empire military ranks when completing missions

Does this fix the non responding cartography web server and also the unrecoverable error on transactions server when performing an hyperspace jump?
 
There's MUCH more to fix after the debacle over the weekend...what about the unresponsive maps: especially the locking "Updating System Info" when opening the system page. Many reports of this. At least acknowledge the need for fixes...PLEASE!
 
I hope this isn't all for today, otherwise I'll lose all respect for FDev.

Releasing a bugged update and then doing nothing during the weekend is inexcusable, especially since we had that once already before the release of the game and I thought you learned from that.
 
Are the multicannon and rail gun ammo tweaks from the 1.3 beta 3 patch notes still planned to actually be implemented at some point?
 
Wait isn't the fact that most of the bigger ships are unusable due to the insane running costs corrected with this patch?

They already fixed that server side without need of a restart, e.g. python integrity cost is back to around 100k per 1%
 
Nothing on insane hull integrity values..........

They appear to be already fixed for me. 1% integrity on my Anaconda was about 1 million when 1.3 initially was released, and the wear and tear rate was very fast. I am now only paying about 150K per 1% on my Anaconda, which seems a good and logical price to me.
 
just made my last run and decided to leave one slave in the hold just to sell after the patch and see if it's been changed or not. :)

Keep us informed! Hopefully the bug where both exploit and control bonuses were being applied was just what was fixed, leading to nice but not ridiculous 4k/t routes (which I think would be pretty fair for smuggling)
 
And what about the low ranked only ships in CZ's, the combat bonds not registered, the graphics problems in RES, the Target Highest Threat bug, the NPC's that scan you but don't appear in Contacts? To mention only a few...
