Dongzi has been pushed down to number 10. Thats excellent news.
The rest of the preparation list could be better, its all over the place right now:

Number 1 is probably lost, but so much has been pumped into it that it is stuck on our list. We only have enough CC for 7 systems, so with that one lost we are down to 6.

Number 2 on the list is only worth 36CC, but its had 44689 T of preparation sent to it, so its probably stuck on the preparation list.

Number 4 and 5 are on the other side of the Empire. All they will do is annoy the other Imperial powers and probably be difficult to expand to next cycle.
Number 9 is out that way too.

Number 3 isn't worth much CC, but its a Hi Tech system with a decent amount of ships and parts available.
Number 6 and 7 are looking good in my opinion, nice CC and in good positions.

Number 8, Mool, is worth 59CC and is in a safe position at the bottom of our territory. It's not fantastic, but its better than numbers 2, 4, 5 and 9.

And 10th on the list is Dongzi. Its up to 14278T. No idea who is keeping this there.

As I see it 4 and 5 (22295T and 19670T) need to be moved out and replaced with Mool, which is number 8, and a new system that isn't on the list right now.

Nauani is the best choice that I know of. It has over 8700T of preparation already (you can't see that on the map, but you can see it if you deliver to it).
Nauani is positioned above Lutni which is number 7 right now:

I can only see any improvements happening if number 1 is abandoned.

Cartoi is taking resources away from selecting the other 6 system to prepare for next cycle.

So, you are saying we should just drop the most valuable system and hand it over to them? Either we stop them this cycle or we have to stop them next cycle. I agree we don't have to take Cartoi But they cannot have Cartoi.

I'm saying Ugrivirii, Kamocan and Lakluita need to be removed from our list.
That will probably take in excess of 60000 T.

The chance of getting Cartoi isn't worth keeping those 3 systems.

Hmm.... interesting. I was inclined to disagree - I've been working in Kamocan: I figure if we can establish a beach-head and then squeeze from both sides. I'm not at the map now, but I liked the idea of an "Island" we can grow going forwards.

Is there a sub-forum or something similar for rallying and coordinating? Happy to pitch in... (I know, I know, Google / search is my friend...!)

You know at this point i don't think there is a faction who wouldn't like to see at least one of the preparation numbers be turned to 0 by the faction owner and all merits gained on those weird, self destructive choices be canceled. Because why would a faction reward obvious stupidity and/or sabotage?

Even if we are a bunch of traders (Not myself however) Our Princess still needs her enforcers, that's where I come in.
