Was REALLY hoping that High Intensity RES would mean High Rank, larger, meaner ships to fight. What we have are small/harmless. Hoping it's a bug or just a really cruel joke...
It's not for bounty hunters, it's for miners and pirates.
High Intensity = Low security
Low Intensity = High security
Regular RES = Medium security
I'm not sure if it was ever intended to be a bounty hunting spot, but my gut tells me that a place chock full of miners, resources and pirates was not intended to be a scenic battle arena.

So once again.. Bounty Hunting nerfed to pointless. This really is just a 'trucking' simulator after all, with trading the only way to make bank.
So sad..
I just finishes a 1 hour session in High intensity.
I got 1.4 million.
I came across no Conda's but after SC out a couple of times master level Python and dangerous Vultres started to appear every couple of minutes.
Pythons paid up to 150.000.
Also it can get rather nasty as 1 master Python and 3 dangerous Vultures all spawned together
Personally i just find the "Mostly Harmless" with the occasional "Novice" truly amusing. Then again some of them yield bounties as high as 65k but most don't have shields thus they probably are a good spot for newbies to start getting their db scout / cobra / db explorer maybe ?you can still pull out ~1mil / 2hrs i think got around 700 k in a hour and a bit in a medium RES.
Profit is ok (as in a Combat Zone) but there are only Harmless and m harmless ships....
To rank up I would need at least dangerous and deadly targets in a High Risk RES....
Is this intended?
Well to be honest, "high intensity" pretty much spells "fight" to me. If it's just related the the security level, why not call them low sec, med sec and high sec RES ? That would make sense.
I'd like to see more Novices with high bounties. Pirates don't need to kill their targets, and so their PF rank in combat goes up very little. They still should have some experience though.
It makes sense, Novice is about 70 kills, and a pirate with more than that is either a bad pirate, bloodthirsty or not a pure pirate.

Yes, as I stated before, it isn't a bounty hunter's territory anymore. It's for miners and pirates.

It isn't centered around bounty hunters. Think of it through the eyes of a miner: Higher risk, higher reward. High intensity.
we need high combat ranks for _our_ rank progression. They don't need to habe obtained that rank from killing traders but from killing police, bounty hunters and other piratesI'd like to see more Novices with high bounties.
