So the 100 m/s is including the whole no fire zone, or as long as you are mass locked?
Now I have no problems with the speed limit within the starports, or with paying off fines for bumping somebody, but being rammed by authority from behind? Ridonculous...

I'd post that in the bug forums, from what I recall it was confirmed that its only supposed to happen in the No Fire Zones. Funny video though! +rep
