Isn't that correct? if so, well, I assume it's a bug...

Yeah I'm sure I read the same thing somewhere... production and consumption is supposed to be increased too, and that's noted on the PP overview for Delaine. But nothing about legalisation. Weird.

There I am bringing tons of narcotics to Archon's home system at Gabriel Enterprise so I can sell them. It is a pretty rough place with a lot of PvP and pirating. having a lot of other members of the Kumo gang in the system made me feel pretty good.
So why, when I get to the home station of the faction I'm working for, do I get scanned and fined? I don't understand why they would work against their own interests and discourage their supporters from doing missions beneficial to the faction.

I mostly agree with this translation. The term I and I is overused by the op. This term is contextual, and not used so casually. Correct context usage is if you wanted to speak about a strongly held conviction, another would be lamenting a burden that has been taken alone either by choice or fate. The OP is clearly experimenting in RP. Hint: real RP requires a bit more research than GTA V parody lest we all suffer through rubbish.
