I'm somewhat confused by this. I don't know if this should be reported as a bug or if left here but the system i'm in, which is under civil war, is only issuing donation missions or aid missions. There's no combat, trade or mining missions in any station or outpost. This is the same for another system I frequent which ended a civil war just yesterday. Is this normal?

Nope. BD+11 2673. I'm trying to go bounty hunting but there's nothing spawning. I'm also getting a series of Strong Signal Sources where there can be three on screen at one time right beside each other. Bounties are also very small(5k) and killing an enemy ship roaming the system yielded 200Cr. Heh.
