Yeah I'm pretty far out from the core.

Directly above Sol the highest I reached was 1,500ly. In theory I could get another 100 max, after that the stars are just too far apart or stop completely.

I've been exploring straight down from Lembava recently. Sadly the underside of the galactic disk seems to consist mostly of lone t Tauri stars with no notable features.
