So, this is still a problem today. I submitted a ticket FWIW.
With how hard Guathiti is still being pushed, it doesn't look like it's getting off the top 10 anytime soon. Nor is Peraesii. ALD has enough points to take all 10 systems anyway, so we might not have any choice but to take the hit (if they do turn out to give negative CC after going into the next cycle). Next week, we need to be on top of this and hit the systems we want before the TROLLS flood more bad systems onto the list. I think we should focus on pushing out Peraesii, since whoever the [expletive deleted] that are still pumping Guathiti don't look like they're going to quit anytime soon. Whoever's been making lists for target systems, or whoever wants to make one, should start scouting now and get that out before this cycle ends so we can hit them all as soon as the next one begins.

Key is doing amazingly. PANCIENSES (+103) is now firmly in our Top Ten. Lord Rog and myself hauled 1010 reports there tonight between us, and many other CMDRs were in the system taking part. The station there is a hive of activity right now.
Pancienses doesn't need any more help right now from us, the Legion has it fully covered.
As such pushing for HIP 21778 now seems a really good idea to me, it should be within touching distance of Position 10 by now, surely?
I recommend that we now focus on getting rid of Andonnus and Trocmii, by pushing HIP 21778 into the Top Ten.

Say what? I'm interdicting her Brokers and taking their "Torval Deeds" to stop her from expanding there. I'm not killing anyone.
Really, we should all be working together to raise Torval/Patreus/Aisling's galactic standing and expanding into/undermining the non-Empire factions before turning on each other. Isn't that how all empires work?

A group of AD players made a truce with some ALD. We saw what happened when we compete.
I think we are just too large a faction now. The Federation is the threat. Its nearly impossible to undermine an Imperial faction anyway. You get 1 merit for pirating them, 15 merits to kill feds.
We gt no penalty to move through Imperial Powers, and we don't need to worry about fortifying their territory, I think having 4 Imperial powers is an asset, if we can not work against each other all the time.
Patreus is in a really bad position. With our expansion at Vaka they are having to put resources into defending that (which it looks like the will lose, even with nominal support from ALD supporters to take it)
Having the other Imperials fail is not in our interest, and we are the larger faction.
They may want to chip away at us, we don't need to squeeze them further.
My goal is no secret.
I want to retake my "home" system.

We don't need to help anyone. Maybe discuss contested systems with other groups so we don't get another Vaka incident, but they can all take care of themselves.
Vaka is right in their territory, which is why its worth so little CC to us. Most of the systems around there will be disputed, which means no one gets the money.
Taking ti is probably actually helpful to Patreus, although I'm sure their followers will disagree.
It gives the feds a close system of our to attack, may slightly reduce the pressure Patreus is under from them.
I think all of their systems didn't get the fortification bonus last cycle.

This is an impressive amount of planning and coordination, and I am delighted with the leadership shown by so many for Arissa's cause. I couldn't particpate myself (well, for one thing, I frighten easily and play in solo most of the time), and also because I was in my Vulture doing a little sightseeing in some of the interesting systems of this President Hudson chap.
I selected Arissal Lavigny-Duval for my own RP reasons, and have been thrilled and delighted to see that so many others have arrived at the same place. Different paths, no doubt, but firmly behind ALD.
PP has quirks, but the development of things like group-group coordinated and events like Operation Key have shown we can transcend any minor issues the interface, etc.
So you're cool with Aisling taking Kaliki...which is on the "other side" (if there is one in space) of Arissa territory. I find that silly...plenty of systems closer to their current controlled space, and not in a position to start encircling Arissa's. I don't care much what they do by their current territory, but Kaliki is silly. Just my opinion.
Had no idea about kaliki, just looked, it isn't Aisling, its Torval.
I wouldn't say thats next to her territory. They are also prepping another system next to it, its number 7 on their list.
We do need to be careful about letting our fellow Empire Leaders prep systems we may want. If we decide that we want to stop them during expansion or control, it's going to be a pain in the ass since we have to steal cargo from fellow imperials since we aren't allowed to kill them. I won't be involved with that nonsense myself, way too much trouble. If I'm going to pirate, it's going to be so I can turn in the cargo for money, not 1 point a piece.
