How to Steal Supplies

Okay, I'm baffled. I want to help my faction Undermine. How do I Steal Supplies and where do I find the ships I'm supposed to be looking for? I've searched high and low for answers on this and found nothing. :S

Seriously, I'm totally stuck. I can't find any "Supply Ships" anywhere. Where are these mythical vessels to be found so I can Steal from them?! Anyone?! This is incredibly frustrating.

I think you can steal it from commanders that go to their headquarters you can undermine them while you lure at them and shoot them till they can do nothing anymore
and say to them that they must dump their cargo or they die.
but this only possible if they play in open

Well, my friend attacks ships all the time, and since he is Mahon (alliance) he has no steal mission.
But the same ships that you have to kill also carry around the stuff that you need to steel in an for example Empire-Empire relationship

Does nobody know? Who's doing all the Undermining that's going on then?

Hey, undermining atm is mostly shooting down ships for 15merits. In both cases you have to interdict vessells in space, and depending on your faction either just kill them, or pirate them and collect special cargo. But if you undermine your allies then if you kill them you lose merits.

When it says 'Supply Ships', you will usually find one in Supercruise. It will specifically say "Supply Ship" when you scan it in Supercruise.
You need to Interdict it, lower it's shields, launch your hatch breaker and then wait to collect the goodies.
You'll end up with a 400cr bounty, but that's not too bad and doesn't last long.

Don't bother if it's something like a Cobra, as it will continue to pummel you while you try to collect the 7-8 cargo it drops. You can't kill them because the bounty on you will rise to a few k and last a week.
Stick to transport ships.

Actually I did intercept aisling propaganda t9 it had 60t on it. But my clipper was unable to NOT Kill it and loot the siphon containers. It kept shooting at me, and my shields went down to minimum, then the police showed up... It would probably be better to do it in a wing.Or maybe disable their weapons or something... piracy sucks

The way I steal 'deeds'...

Locate the system to steal the deeds. It's a system where they are trying to expand, after successfully preparing.

Pop in in SC, look for ships that say "Name Broker", like "Torval Broker" for example.

Use an FSDI to pull them out of SC, then immediately strip their shields.

Launch a hatch breaker limpet and wait for it to finish. They will then spew "Torval Deeds" (e.g.) for you to scoop up.

When you're done, let them go and just SC out to look for your next victim.

Advice:
-Haulers, cobras usually drop 2 or 3, T-6,7 usually drop 6. T-6 is juicy target, but sometimes just take what you get.
-Stock up on limpets in about a 3 or 4 to 1 ratio. Meaning, expect to average 3 or 4 'deeds' per limpit. Don't take more than you need, or you'll have to jettison limpets to scoop deeds.
-Don't bother with Elite level brokers or ships more combat oriented. IMO, they are not worth it.
-While scooping deeds, when you see the cops show up on radar, leave soon!
-Take enough shielding to take a pounding while scooping deeds. They usually have some sort of weapon and will harass you while you scoop.
-Don't bother trying to disable them. It wastes time that you should be using to scoop before the cops arrive.

Stealing cargo is one of the hardest ways to undermine a faction, and the only way, if your target is aligned to the same major power as yours (which I guess is the case).

Each cargo you secure is worth only 1 merit. If you destroy the shield carrying the cargo, you'll get penalised 10 merits for treachery. While the merit rewards for the amount of effort simply aren't worth it compared to going to a military strike or FSDI kills, if you're like me and do it to actually try and undermine the other power, it's equally as worthless. when you need 1500+ merits, and are getting one, maybe two merits every 15 minutes? Even in a wing, you're only going to secure, well, not a great deal.
