PP Salaries and Rank - lots not kinda working - and dont get me started on the launcher process

So you earn the merits, you check the salary and.........like most employers they do not pay the bonus/salary they claim.

So I guess I go on strike and complain to the ED arbitration organisation.

Or post a ticket at ED and have it completely ignored like the other valid tickets raised in alpha - many of which still logged bugs that are not addressed.

PP - not a lot of point.
Ticket - not a lot of point

Need to stop congratulating the developers - they've had quite a long time now to get things right. Time now to employ the customer service and testers on higher salaries and start addressing and tracking the fixes rather than just logging them, and having them only to reappear again in later versions.

Also LAUNCHERS .....what ARE ED thinking. Why not have a button on the opening screen 'check for latest launcher'. Why oh why the complex multi-stage launcher process anyway...geez

yep - and the error is still there :) along with many others.

Have tried PP in all aspects, and gone up a few merit ratings, and lets just say the maths does not add up.

Been with ED since the very beginning, and the basic errors that remain show the play testing is woefully lacking.

Sorry to say.

Don't get me wrong I don't like PP anymore than most people. Its just another grind ontop of an already grindy game. However Im not seeing many errors within PP itself. I went up to rating 4 like I should have when the cycle ticked over. I got the 1000cr like I was supposed to, you know you have to redeem it. If you could actually say what errors are there and not just say its broken, that would be nice.

At the end of the first week, you get 1000 credits. You then rank up based on your pp actions. End of the second week you get paid for the rank you earned 7 days earlier.

There are many, many problems with FDs delivery*, but this one seems to be working ok.

*(mostly because they believe in 'release early, release often')

If by profit bonus you mean like with Hudson its increase bounty Cr bonus? Then I don't know, maybe I guess cause ive not seen an increase in the bounties I handed in.

tickets in - expect the same response as alpha, beta.....

Have submitted tickets - I have to say when you have raised tickets...and raised them again, and then again.....over alpha, beta and prelease...... and then PP.

I all honesty, after the loyalty so many nice ppl have shown, my patience is exhausted.

I will be going back to basic trading, basic exploration and basic combat - pretty much back to the original.

Nah, i meant the trade profit bonus you get on Rating 2.

NVM: You are right, its Bounty for Hudson. Will wait until next week then before i fill in a ticket. At the moment it doesn't seem to work.

And still not shared even one material fault or bug in this thread, so it's starting to feel like a Sunday grumble than constructive criticism or a request for other Commanders to see if they can help you figure it out. I've not played PP since Beta, but a few other posters here seem to be trying to address your OP regarding timing of PP bonus payments.
