I seem to be having serious instancing issues since powerplay. Where have all the players gone, seriously? Can't ever find more than one or two in a system. Where's the action for pirates at nowadays? (And don't say Archon Delaine's faction, the player traders avoid there!).

You could try around the lave rare cluster, probably people around there still. However, I think most people spread out a little since powerplay. The faction controlled systems are pretty populated for me, although not much cargo to be had from them I'm afraid.

Use the trade tools to find traders. Geeze... Most traders use tools to tell them where to trade. The same tool can be used to show you viable trade routes, routes which players use.

They are playing solo so they can deliver expansion tickets without aggro from people trying to blockade them...

If you find yourself really starved for targets, as was said there's a trading CG going.
You can always sniff out some good trading/high traffic spots and scan ships leaving a station to give chase with a wake scanner.

Diso was attracting lots of rares traders because of the 30-day 50-Ton CG global reward, but either that ends today, or it has ended today.
I certainly ran into a lot of pirate CMDR heat making the Diso run yesterday. Didn't spill a drop of cargo though!
