Yes! Please come be a part of discussion, we need strategical voices and to get the word out about what can benefit Utopia. I recently outlined my personal views on how we can translate our early CC grabs to a more solid defense while still leaving room for expansion. Even if you don't necessarily have ideas but are just looking for them, I think the sub's a great place to check out. While it's important to have goals in mind, it's more important to talk with each other to understand why we should/shouldn't be doing certain things so we can hope to be on the same page.
I've posted an intelligence update on /EliteAntal - have a look if you're interested in a little analysis of the strategic situation in Utopia and in our neighbours' space this cycle. I'd copy it here, but it's got tables and stuff, and I really can't be bothered trying to figure out formatting.

Well, the strategy is motly "hope FD gives your Power great perks, because if you have great perks you have more players, and if you have more players you win"

Well, Utopia's Headquarters are located at Polevnic system. Antal system is where the Technomagic stuff is being constructed with the need of high import of metals, and thus it's constantly being attacked by pirates. The consequences are on display.
That's probably because they've been banging me all the time.

How are we doing with system LTT 17156? I put my trading Python in the garage and hopped in my Vulture to help out with that system. Took forever to get there so I only got a little fighting in before bedtime. How's the struggle going??
On a side note: Any suggestions for a good Vulture weapon setup? I'm running two large pulse lasers right now which works well but I feel like there might be a better setup.

Some resilient residents have attempted to reach out to the Federation and Empire homeworlds for assistance, but so far, their pleas for help have gone unanswered. This leaves the question on everyone’s lips: who will stop the Kumo Crew?
Local business magnate, Pranav Antal, believes that his Utopians may well be able to provide an answer.
“Their greed, their jealousy… these are the things that drive the Kumo to try to own, control and destroy everything they see.”
“This desire for base things has led the crew down a dark path, one which has caused much pain for the people of Pegasi. We at Utopia understand their sorrow, their troubles, and we want to help.”
“Agents of Utopia are seeking to open a new commune in Hip 116213. Once approved, our engineers will begin the dangerous process of establishing an enlightened defence against the uncivilised horde.”
