The Status Quo and Independence. Oranges are not the only fruit?

All Factions, Powers and Governments have the social issues. The Empire struggles over the Issue of Imperial Slaves, the Federation is a hot bed of Slavery, Delaine's Kumo Crew has Branded Slaves. One would think or hope that Utopia would be a little different.

Utopian systems have and trade in Imperial Slaves, forced slavery and Dissidents and are troubled by Violent Protests. How can these possibly fit in a Utopian ideal?

Secondly, there are rumors that Utopia is the biggest slave provider in the Galaxy. Who are the dissidents, where do they go and what happens to them when they get there?

While the ideals Utopia reflect embrace every aspect of life, it is hard for the human to get rid of old habits.
That is why there still are imperial slaves within our system. We are currently collecting funds, to start those people and their families into
a new life and share our dream with them.

As every system retains it's right to rule itself and share it's vision of Utopia with Utopia,
it is clear, that there are certain individuals committing crimes falling under the respective rules.
These people are known as dissidents, they are brought to Polevnic where they will await a process,
to determine their missdeeds and be judged by all visionaires.

It is happening often, that tradesmen, who are ferrying imperial slaves are marked as dissidents,
because of rapid adaption of the Utopian dream in the government. Those individuals will see
a discussion on their traditions and belief, and we will find a niche, for them to settle.
So they can keep up with trading, but be willingly ferrying different goods, than slaves.

We abolish slavery and imperial slavery whereever our wave rippled.

Are there really that many criminals in Utopia that they are fleeing in convoy's from their homes rather than be shipped off for processing as Dissidents?

A circle of Commanders, who are represented here by those who agreed to participate in this interview.

This aggressive statement was one of many seemingly paranoid and internally aggressive statements that followed a string of unfounded accusations of "Fifth Columnist" towards a single Commander seeking the peaceful expansion to the Painite Rich tranquil backwater System of HIP 4005. The residents of HIP 4005 have remained completely unopposed to the expansion. Putting for 0% Resistance forward since first contact with the Utopian Commander.

So is what we are seeing in the self appointed Command Circle Council of Power just, gang rule and bully boy tactics in a "leaderless" organisation?


As a side note, rumor has it that the expansion in to HIP 4005 was paid for entirely with drug money raised through illegal trade on the Utopian black market by unknown commander(s) calling themselves 'Dissident Smith' of the HIP 4005 Revolutionary Party.

It is only human, that there are those who speak up and direct, and those who stay silent and follow.
Life is about choices, and Utopia is the choice for freedom of thought and evolvement.
The methods that are applied by the vocal minority will be reflected and rated by all of Antal's followers,
as we are a communion. Some times require a harsh tone, some times require a steady and kind hand to guide the way.

This abundance is our true treasure.

A very level headed and sensible approach which undoubtedly will put commanders considering pledging to Antal a sense of comfort. Thanks for answering some tricky questions regarding the external appearance and internal workings of Antal and from the view point of one of many of its supporters. And just for the record, the questions were in many case very cutting as to ensure that no bias towards Antal was present within my little questions and answers session. As stated earlier for complete transparency, I am a rank 5 supporter of the Utopian ideal.

I like the open-source, sharing knowledge with everyone (even rival powers) approach - spreading "informational material", fine, shooting down "violent protestors", aight - but doing rendition flights to counter dissent? Really?

The lore on Pranav Antal seems to be about sharing knowledge and tech - Antal should do that to fortify - bring experimental tech into the new worlds; not escorting people with a different opinion to some Guantanamo camp.

So, yeah, instead of switching to a different power (or cease supporting any), I would rather see Antal live up to the vision outlined in the lore that's already there - and find some meaningful gameplay around that.
