Where should I go when I get back to the buble?

My ship is greatly damaged and as I come back to the bubble I wonder wich system is the best for selling my info, and getting an Asp (and outfitting it for exploration)

Currently, Lembava is the best place to sell data, once you have joined the CG on the Bulletin Board.
If that has an Asp in the ship yard, I think you will get a good discount (15%) (you do on some ships like Python or Conda), but do doublecheck, I am uncertain of Asps.
Alioth (Irkutsk Station) has a good (20%) discount on Asps, so you might want to save 5-6m Cr of data for getting the permit to it.

If your ship isn't likely to survive a pew pew encounter, I'd recommend selling your data at the first station you come across.
Deal with the ship upgrade stuff after you have the money in the bank!

All ships and outfitting are subject to discounts in Lembava (and across Li-Yong space). You do not need to be pledged to benefit.

If you are saving for an Asp the CG in Lembava is your best bet. You've got to Thurs 5pm (game time) to get there and sell your data. At the moment ~100 reports will get you a 3m payout.

If you are flying in during popular times then you may want to go in solo to avoid the risk of player interception, or ask here and I'm sure you'll find some willing to escort you.

Pull in at one of the border systems to repair damage and (if possible) upgrade shields, shield boosters and hull reinforcement. You don't need all the range any more, you need shielding and a ship that can take some shots.
Somewhere like Pand or one of those systems around there. Once you've repaired and upgraded yourself, set fastest course for Lembava in Solo and just jump, jump, jump. If you can't do it on a single tank of fuel, then scoop for a few seconds while lining up your next system. but KEEP MOVING QUICKLY. NPCs take a few seconds to spawn and lock onto you so if you charge your next jump as soon as the FSD has cooled down, you're giving them less time to interdict you.
