That did not convince me to put my money in.
I expected something a bit more substantial but it seems there really is not much more than concept art that does not even resemble anything shown on the monitors. How close to reality are those concept art images to what the game engine is able to show ?
That is a shame, and you are entitled to your opinion, but I feel you are wrong.
The game really is at it's early stages - from the video and comments by DB they have (to a fair degree) the multiplayer aspect worked out which is a good start.
The concept art gives you a flavour for what's to come - if the final game can look anything close to that (including volumetric lighting especially when you find things adrift in space and you fly up to take a look
You have a number of weeks to decide yet and I am sure DB and team will put up more videos and pictures that might influence your decision.
At the end of the day £20 is not much of a risk - I am a great believer in this game which is why I put in considerably more.
If the project goes ahead but the actual game flops then I have lost my money, but if it succeeds ... oh my god!
