To be honest stock changes fairly regularly so its hard to say. The only advice really is check high tech systems.
I know for a fact they are in Lembava at a 15% discount but im not in game so can't say if thats close to Nanomam or not...

Lembava is the HQ of Li Yong-Rui. Nanomam is the HQ of Zachary Hudson. So no, there is about 100 LY between I think. Unfortunately, that's a long distance.
To be honest after doing about 150,000Ly in exploration anywhere in the core is "next door". Just fit a basic fuel scoop and the highest FSD. Within 30 minutes you can be anywhere even in a sidewinder.
100Ly is 4-6 jumps in most ships. Even in a 10Ly ship its only 10 jumps away...
