Beta Backers rewards? (WARNING RANT!)

I get that. I just think its only fair to reward or give recognition the Alpha and beta backers from time to time. Give them a little bonus. Such as a free skin from time to time or a decal. Maybe even something more like a ship or weapon. Just something for the extra cash they all paid into the game! Im talking about the future of the game.
We are the people that made the game possible and now we have served are purpose I feel like we have been forgotten about?

I backed at Alpha level on kickstarter but certainly don't have the founder decal available, I can access the founder system.

Take it I have to PM someone ?

AARGH!

Does that mean that I missed it by backing the game at 125 and then backed it for closed alpha / beta as an upgrade and MISSED it because I did not pledge 150 from the start.

Dammit.

Still looking forward to this but wait is getting long, hope they do something soon, a unique ship, or ship variant would be nice.

No, that's incorrect. I backed, but not at the 150 GBP level, and I have an email from FD proving that I was promised a decal. It was also my understanding this would be customisable, but I've seen no such item.

Then you should have the Kickstarter decal (starting at the £5) level. This is the planet you should see in your available decals.
The 'Founder' decal is only for Founders, and these are backers that pledged 150£ or more.

From what I remember it will be free for backers but everyone else will still be able to get hold of it...can you imagine the community rage if backers had a fully-exclusive ship?

It is correct! :D

I think the decal you are thinking of is the one that was available if you backed at £5 or more (it's a planet with a ring) and should be available through the outfitting section in game. I can't remember any mention of customising decals, although some decals were also available as a kickstarter bolt on.

As far as I'm concerned, sale away! I've been backing since Beta 1, paid $80 for it, and I have absolutely no problem with them putting it on sale. In fact, the more the better. I want to get some friends into the game and if the price goes down enough I'll just buy it for them. Plus sales are another fresh injection of cash that I'm sure Frontier can use.

I backed the game with a lot of Money ( not gona tell how much) I got all stuff that i was eligable for.
I wanted to be a part of this game during development and ive enjoyed every minute of it.
I would still support the game even if they put it up for free.
Reason is. This is the game ive allways wanted since i played the very first Elite game,,,

I imagine so, though it worked with another mmo I play. Maybe a special version then.

Your wrong though there are still stuff missing for some founders. Beta backer and back got early access, ship ins. discounts, access to founders world, all the mercenary stuff plus we are suppose to get a choice of one of five new ships....I wont mention the other physical goodies as I was not caring about those too much so not sure whats going on with the art book either.
