You can find them using http://www.elitetradingtool.co.uk/ Search -> Station Services.
I was not able to sell them on a black market
Maybe there was no demand for them, try a different black market. Unfortunately there's no demand info so you can't tell which bm will buy stuff.
You cant sell any of the PP cargo, you buy them for 10000 each if you rush them, thats what their value should be based on.

That would make undermining waaaay too strong. Every ship would be a cash pinata waiting for you to drain and then kill.
you are lucky if they drop 10
It's not hard to get them to drop 10, but 8 is still 80k a ship.
Also its exploitable, If you and a friend jion different factions you can just drop your cargo for each other.
1k sounds a lot more reasonable to me.

but you pay 10000cr for them, how would dropping that be any different to buying and dropping gold?
I don't know what number would be balanced, but 0 seems a bit off.
