PP affect on the galaxy map question??

I don't participate in PP but I do have a question regarding the affects on the galaxy map.

As powers expand out and invade other systems, shouldn't the galaxy map view "filter by allegiance" change the color of the star to the appropriate faction? I have noticed that several system show red as allegiance to the Fed's but are exploited and controlled by the Alliance.

Does this take time for it to fully convert over according to the cycles? If this is not the case I will submit a bug on it.

The very short answer is: just because a system is controlled/exploited by a power, that does not mean its controlling minor faction 'flips'. They can still be Fed/Imp/All/Indy or Anarchy.

Ahh thanks! I have noticed some of the minors have flipped but still show as the original faction,, I will bug those systems. thanks for the "short" answer
