Yes. Make it work like AFMU so the weapons have to be offline while re-stocking - That way 'balance' from ammo capacity is preserved, but you can still re-stock without having to go all the way home.

I suggest a coupling device too where to attach a caravan to fit all these new "can't-miss" modules in. :)

All modules seems to be "antipiracy". Allow me to propose these:

FRAME SHIFT DRIVE DISRUPTOR
stop the frame shift drive of enemy ship in combat; proposed max. range 1.5 Km

STASIS WEBIFIER
significantly reduce the speed of the enemy ship in combat; proposed max. range 2 Km and speed penalty 60%

I know these modules are copied from EVE, but over the years they served me well.

All modules seems to be "antipiracy".

well, a couple of them maybe have 'anti-piracy' application, but generally they're mainly 'pro-smuggling'
also, the first one could be used to lure people into traps...

I like the idea of your two modules though.
