I just bought mine at Kamito - Newcomb Hub for 18.9 MCr. And they have some modules there with 15% discount too.

Actually it is 10% discount for the Clipper (dunno why not 15%) but so far so good.
18.9 million is 85% of 22.295 million.
Well, according to the coriolis.io the full price of Clipper (0% discount) is 21.077.784 Cr. 10% of this amout is 2.107.778 Cr.
21.077.784 - 2.107.778 = 18.970.006
Discount is 10%, as you can see at the coriolis.io if you select "Discount on ship 10%" under Options.
But maybe I am wrong, because I am almost sleeping now.

The Anaconda is available for 124.9 million credits as well. That's about 15% as well I believe.
