Does clipper only require master rank now?

Any rank in imp. army will do. Although some say "outsider" rank is no good. I got rank of "knight" and clipper was available for me to buy.

When I think of how long it took to climb Rank in the old broken system.. I... don't want to talk about it...

It's exactly why I welcomed this news. I was building my rank since I bought the game and only got to "knight". This way, I don't have to concentrate on running errands but on something else.
