Apparently if you flutter your eyelids at FD support via ticketing, they'll just give you a replacement ship these days, rendering the whole insurance mechanic pointless.

Read the damned thread! I used to wonder why the threadnaughts went on and on for weeks with the same old circular arguments, but this thread has made me realise: half the people posting replies don't bother reading past the OP. It's not because other people's posts aren't being understood, it's because most of them aren't even being read.
I see so many players alt f4 the game when i almost kill them at least you did not do that great job on that.
