Fireflies in space??

So, I picked up this... firefly?... while on my way to Sag A* (top middle of canopy):

Any ideas what the frack it is? Interstellar firefly? Tinkerbell??

Had one yesterday between Bast and Heike, just a graphical glitch that got introduced in 1.3. If you throttle to zero it stops vibrating/moving.

Do you have any of the following symptoms?

difficulty breathing – your breathing may be rapid and shallow, and you may feel breathless, even when resting
rapid heartbeat
fever
feeling generally unwell
sweating and shivering
loss of appetite
pain in your chest – which gets worse when breathing or coughing

If so, get to a doctor, you probably have pneumonia.

As for the spores, not a problem.

Unless you want your children to be human.

Looks fine here. Are you sure you don't have a bad case of Betelgeusen Spot-eye? Never drink Orion Fire-Ale without having a disinfectant and an adrenaline shot to hand. Newbie error..

He usually hangs around systems with black holes, neutron stars and/ or white dwarfs in them, but sometimes he gets lost.
Be nice to him, and he'll lead you to one (He eats gas clouds).

I feel fine, thanks. I've got the light from the... console to keep me... lift meup... shine like ... little angels.

(I've actually seen the same. Weirdly, it seems tied into headlook. As I'm looking around, the spot moves in the opposite direction. Unless you have two, in which case one moves with your head, the other in the opposite direction. That gets VERY distracting.)

Merely an anti-matter particle that has failed to annihilate due to being caught in the complex electromagnetic shielding around your primitive 'windshield.' It is quietly interacting with the vacuum particles found there.

Put some proper armour over your windshield Captain - there is no wind any more, and there are better devices available to capture what is occurring around you in your battlespace.
