Ditto, Win10 is nothing but the product of built in obsolescence with a 10 on the box.

It's all that simple. Uninstall SST software and X52 drivers. Open "Device manager" in your Windows control panel and please uninstall all the four voices under "Programming support", named "Programmable hotkeys", "Programmable Support for Keyboard", "Programmable Support for Mouse" and "Programmable Root Enumerator", all by Madcatz (check if you're unsure by double clicking on each voice before removing). When you remove them, please check the mark for letting Windows remove the software too for those devices.
Now, assuming you've a 64-bit OS, install these (old) drivers by Saitek and these (not so old) SST software by Saitek too (before being acquired by Madcatz) and enjoy your fully functioning X52 with Windows 10.
Source: me and my X52. I spent all the past night trying all the combinations of the various drivers and software by Saitek until I found the good one for Windows 10.
Everything is working great. Game loads in 2 minutes. Slight improvement in play overall, about 7%. My comp is 8 years old. I use medium settings. Going to try the new amd video driver tomorrow

Where did you find the older drivers? I seems to only be able to access the latest drivers on the site and I guess I need different drivers for the Pro.It's all that simple. How did you determine a 7% improvement? (just wondering if there's some fancy benchmark thingy that can let me know if my system has improved...)
Have you tried going into Windows Speech Settings and re-setting up the voice control stuff? You've got me a bit worried![]()
Found I needed to go properties both in launcher and in product folder ed exe file and tick run as administrator. But my files are on a separate hard drive.
I could get as far as the login completed but the play button didn't operate until I did this.
