Where is Wensleydale cheese from?

It's a cheesy reference to Wallace's preferred cheese. A character from "Wallace and Gromit". The cheese itself is originally from North Yorkshire.

I used to love Canadian Chedder but sadly, too much salt now.

In Scotland they have a Scottish Chedder which tastes great and retains its flavour when cooked. Like so many of the great things they have up there, what's on offer down here, with the same labels, is just not nearly as good. (Frankly, it's like string.)

Currently I'm rather partial to somehting called Seriously Strong Chedder.
