But it's not a representation of the audio contents. It's someone thinking they are seeing hidden numbers in the spectrograph. Something that could only be seen with a visual representation of the audio if it was carefully hidden by FD. I highly doubt that this is anything other than an interesting pattern someone is reading too much into. Attempts to clarify it and show it in multiple samples should be done before shouting eureka. I'd recommend keeping the pants on at this point.
I'm having trouble getting a hold of my own unknown artefact, I went to some of the systems they were mentioned to be in, yet every time i find the convoy there isn't any UA in the type 9's hold. whats up?

I'm surprised that FD is surprised that the community haven't figured it out yet. Which means I'm now gonna do an investigation of my own..
We're more of a support group than a research facility at this point. If you want to join the ingame friends list send me a PM of your cmdr name and I'll add you to it! Sometimes we do group hunts. They got one last weekend, pretty exciting stuff.

I'm just checking that it says Earth, Mars, Neptune etc rather than just SOL for everything.
