Yeah I don't mind paying extra at all I am a little annoyed that the game keeps crashing so I have taken time off for Smite but this game really is fun. Just recently started looking more into this game as a few buddies had picked it up so I was looking around for more information and patch notes and saw Horizons and thought it was cool. This game feels like it will be better than No Man's Sky though as it looks and feels more realistic.
We are still in BETA, so hopefully by the time the XB1 version is officially released as a final retail product, most of the issues we are dealing with in these beta builds would have been sorted out.
At least I certainly hope so!
NMS definitely looks more Anime looking which I am not crazy about myself, but I still plan on picking it up on release day. I've been waiting 30 years for a decent open world space adventure/simulation for consoles, so the thought of being able to own TWO of them at nearly the same time is almost too much to believe!
ED is definitely more of a SIM than a typical console game, and as such, I am pretty sure it is going to have the most longevity. Especially if the XB1 version gets the Horizons expansion. There has been no official announcement from FD that the XB1 version is getting that expansion. Everyone is assuming that we will, but until FD sets a date, don't expect it will be coming.
