Big Save

Not ssure if many of you have been aware of the fuel rats big rescue at the weekend. Over 30,000ly from Sol some silly CMDR forgot to keep an eye on his fuel. Two intrepid fuel rats came to the rescue last night to give him some much needed air. And just in the nick of time he was on to emergency air. Frost gathering on the cockpit. Yes the Rats came through. And I was that silly CMDR, hehehe.
So if your stuck as I was call the Fuel Rats. You can contact them here: http://fuelrats.com/i-need-fuel/
They'll do their best to save you from a frost grave.

How much exploration data do you think was saved plus the value of the ship? Might be worth strolling over to put in a player story for galnet. :)

30,000Lys?

That is some rescue! Rep to the Fuel Rats.

I just hope I never need them, but it's reassuring that they're out there.

I have been out since 17th March and have over 3000 systems worth of data. I don't scan everything mostly HMC, ELW, MR and a few gas giants thrown in. Though every main star has been scanned. As fort the ship well it is fully A rated with pulse lasers. I know the pulse lasers aren't going to do much in a fight but I like having them for me. And yeah A rating everything might cut range but I still get 28-29ly on fast mode. As you can tell I do love Sadsack II. She had seen me through some scares :)

Hah initially misread that post - was just about to rep you for saving someone's bacon... Doh.

Kudos to the fuel rats, though.
