I guess "unsystematic" goes for me. I'll mostly have evenings when I scan lots of systems and bodies in them, and others when I scoop/honk/scan primary stars and jump.
My previous exploration efforts in my Cobra, well, the longest I was out there was a few days at the most and earnt a couple of million in one hit.
I'm currently in the neutron fields 7KLys from The Great Annihilator, have been out since I bought my Asp in mid June, and I never log or write down or screenshot on any kind of regular basis so I have no real idea what my "tally" is.
I'm probably wildly optimistic, but I might have played 40 sessions this trip so far, 20-60 systems per session, say a total of 800 systems altogether.
So according to Whiterose's estimate of 25K per system, that's 20 million so far.
I guess by the time I reach the core and return to sell the data, I could have at the very least 40 million. Not too shabby.
I'm hoping for a juicy Explorer CG to crop up when I am nearing human space once again, as that would be a real bonus.
