So just an excuse to share my actual build with my ASP.

Long Story Short: After the LUGH war and a few other events, I managed to mass about 40 million credits (both in cash, ships and outfitting). However, due to many bad moves from my side, I lost almost all of it. I actually have just 1 BH cobra and the ASP I am actually flying (and just money to pay three times the insurace). So, to try to get back some cash as safely as possible, I decided to go mining into pristine worlds. And also I love to be able to kick some butts if a pirate shows off.
So:

Star Dash (Multi-role ASP)


I would so love if you could give me your thoughts on this build. Remember that my objective is to fly to an undiscovered system, find a high value mining spots, mine and come back.

Bad luck mate but you've got an Asp and Cobra to fall back on, I made some changes to your Asp build and saved a few mil as well, ideally the Asp really needs a 5A thruster to be at it's best but the cost and additional power rule it out at the moment.

I reckon a 7 bin refinery should be enough for most mining expeditions and along with the limpet controller be sure you carry 20 or more limpets in the hold, remember to mine a lot of fragments before you launch a limpet and don't target one or the drone will just collect that one only.

Well my setup is not setup for combat. But mining and Exploration. The only thing I going to collect is Platinum palladium and Painite.

Also I don't need insurance because I true Iron man mode. One life.

If you want to fly in undiscovered systems you should take an advanced discovery scanner

If you want to find mining spots you should fit a surface scanner too
