Ships Cheapest place to get a conda?

I'm out exploring right now, so I can't check this for myself, but I've heard there's a 15% passive discount on ships at Lembava on all ships (sales including outfitting), but apparently, they don't stock Condas there, so should I go to Shinra?

Here's a few more high tech systems in the same region (aligned to Li Yong Rui) Gladutjin, NLTT 13249, PLX 695, Jadlillke and 109 Piscium that offer 15% discount and perhaps the bit of equipment you need.

Yep same here. Out exploring to buy a Conda. 22k Ly from bubble and have 2000 jumps with an average of 3 detailed per jump. 8 ELW and a lot of WW and terraform. Should be a nice paycheck.

neutron farming is what I'm doing right now, after just seeing Sag A for the first time

10 months ish, ago DB said that we would (or was it his plan to) be able to walk around space stations and steal other peoples ships ( EG an free conda) Now just because it is not true does not make it a lie.

so is it worth getting a 7A over a 6A shield for a conda? I've seen plenty of people with 6As, and I'm planning to do that 8 shield boosters thing.

Leave some space for chaff and point defence.. two of each on my Conda. Fill the rest with shield boosters...
My "trade" Conda is all D rated except the FSD, cargo galore down to an A4 shield and then an A2 shield bank as my 'fail safe' down the bottom. In my weapons i'm running 4xE3 Gimbaled pulses in the top 4 slots, two D2 gimbaled cannons and two E1? gimbaled canons in my other two slots. It's well under budget in terms of power use and can stay chipping away in RES, CZ and Navs all day long.

If you have Elite status in any of the three Pilot Federation categories; i.e. Combat, Trade, or Exploration, you can hit Founder's World. It does not have a 15% discount on the ship, rather an 8% discount. However, that 8% [let's say 8% because that is what I read before, but it may be more] discount applies not only to the ship, but to all modules, which you will spend up to 3 times the price of the Anaconda in modules. I bought mine there and the Station in that system has every module and every ship, and an 8% discount, or something approximate to that figure. Ultimately, the ship I built on on Coriolis.io was roughly 460 million or so and I was able to build it to the same spec spending 420 million in Founder's World.

You need to have the Elite ranking to receive the permit to enter that system. If you do, you might save more money than the 15% discount for the ship buy due to the 8% discount applying to ships and modules.

Head over to Diaguandri - Rey Station. I purchased mine there and fully kitted it out. 15% savings on the ship and modules really adds up fast.

If you are using 'cheap' in the same sentence as Anaconda ownership you kinda don't get the concept of anaconda ownership.
Kinda like asking the Aston Martin dealership if he knows where you can purchase a cheap DB8.
