Well, I'll do the noble thing and refrain from setting a topic. That should cut the chaos down a bit. The only problem is when the rest of the noble folk do the honourable thing, it's possible that the only people left to pick topics are not choosing them because they didn't pay any attention to the voting and have no idea they've won.
