General / Off-Topic Someone just purchased 400,000 shares in FDEV totalling £800,000 or 1.17% of all stock (!)

Or Employee trust picking up shares. But figures were good yesterday. FDev's tech is good. Could be a speculator or DBOBE. If I had 100s M I might dip in to FDev right now. Overall the company seems well run and is transitioning into a good profitable firm. Not sure about rollercoaster, not of interest to me at all but i know some go nuts for them. Very interesting.

Stock price is slowly on the decline from it's high, but 200 may be the right price point at the moment.

EBT Dealings = RNS required

If it was the Employee Benefit Trust picking up shares, one would also expect (i.e. require) an RNS announcing this.

Previous such EBT Dealings have, in the majority, been an order of magnitude less than today's purchases circa. 10,000 shares

Last such dealing put EBT interested in 37,885 shares (total) or 0.01% of FDEV stock.

That is a very long way from the 400,000 shares (1% of FDEV stock) purchased this very morn in two separate transactions.

Either way, if this really is an FDEV-related purchase of some kind, an RNS should appear directly.....
