Powerplay Aisling Duval info help

I just joined Aisling Duval PP after much contemplation about getting involved in Power Play at all. So I have joined her and, I really dont understand what I can do, there appears to be no cc left to do anything!
I have some media cargo but nobody wants it, expansion is out and there does not seem to be an undermining option. What can I do?

Currently Aisling is in turmoil - when a power is in turmoil it is not allowed to prepare systems for expansions (which is the only thing that CC can be used for).

This means that currently Aisling only has two powerplay options - expanding and fortifying.

A power gets more systems by expanding, but the only expansion that Aisling has available is a bad system (it will cost her CC every cycle).

This means that the best thing you can do for Aisling this cycle is fortifying systems.

I should be up front and tell you that I am pledged to Edmund Mahon, so Aisling is a competitor, but my advice would be the same if I was an Aisling pledge.

If you want to be truly helpful for Aisling Duval, you will want to fortify the "right" systems, and to that I suggest joining up with an organized group. The only one I know of is the one on reddit, and you'll find that here: https://www.reddit.com/r/aislingduval

Cheers, I am really trying to understand this. So even with no cc left I can still fortify? Will take a single load over to one of the systems on the reddit list and see if it works.

Yes. Fortifying and expansion does not require CC. The CC is only used for moving preparation systems into the expansion phase.

One thing to keep in mind when fortifying is that you do not need to go above 100%. Since Aisling Duval uses "outbound" fortifications, this becomes much easier for you. When you've picked up as many propaganda packages (for fortification - I think that one is called propaganda, but check first) as you want, head to your chosen control system. Once there drop off only 1 (one) of them and check the fortification progress it tells you.

This allows you to drop off as many as you need and avoid overfortifying.
